Property was REALLY good, even better then pictured. It has 2.5 BATH (not just 1 as listed. Listing should be updated to 2.5 BATHs) It has a Laundry room in the apartment, private. It even has BEACHWARE: Towels, Chairs, cooler, umbrella. But they probably can't guarantee them.
