Communication is everything

We liked the location....proximity to the beach, 5th Ave. We enjoyed the pool. We didn't use the TV because we didn't know enough spanish. It took several emails to get the exact address of the hotel which was a problem for booking airport transfers. We were stranded when we got there because we didn't get the instruction on how to get in with the codes, early enough. However, once we were in, it was fine.

Awesome communication as every question was answered very quickly! One note is bring your Netflix password so you may watch TV. Roof top pool was very nice, comfortable and clean. Mom and I enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Perfect little spot. Easy walk to 5th street where all the restaurants and shops are. The beach isn't far either. On one side of the beach you can rent cabanas and pay for drinks. On the other side you walk by a hotel and there's a trail to a public beach with no hotels or bars which is why I think this location was great.

Good location and very clean

We enjoyed our stay very much. Please fix the balcony door lock and leave instructions for the combination/safe. Otherwise very close to 5th Ave experience and beaches. Would stay here again.
