Nice unit, but it was a cave. There was a mildew smell. There was little natural light. It was an interior unit on the ground floor with one four sliding glass door that led out to what was little more than air shaft in the middle of the building. The other window looked right out to a larger inner courtyard where anyone walking by could look in. So had to keep the blinds drawn shut. It would help to know the square footage of the windows as well as the floor space. Bedroom ceiling fan did not work. Sorry for the negative review, but there needs to be more transparency.

Far and quiet

I loved the apartment but the pool does not look in real what it looks on the photo. It was very difficult to get to tge beach for me as a stranger. And also difficult to be in central PDC. I did not think it was that far walking. But it is in real 36 blocks away. So if you can afford taxi everytime, i also appreciated security of the building. But there is no security on the streets obviously being so far from center.

All in all, a very pleasant stay!

Close to everything, a little more than a block from 5th avenue. Nice people at the property, clean quiet neighborhood. The pool came in handy when I didn’t feel like going to the beach! Lots of places to get provisions close to the property. The security guard was a nice guy as well, so was the lady who cleaned the common area.

Great location in North side of playa del Carmen

Great place to stay in playa very clean and it has everything you need to for a great stay The pictures are very accurate its beautifully designed and Javier is very good with keeping you in touch he gets back to you in orderly fashion, we will definitely stay again.
