The property benefits from a large outdoor space which is a combination of patio and mature trees. A mountain view surrounds the property.
The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and also has wifi throughout. There is also a driveway.
The downstairs is open plan with comfortable seating for 5 and also has a WC.

The outside space has a lounge area and a formal dining area. There is also a covered veranda. Up a small flight of stairs lies the pool with sunbeds provided. The pool is in excess of 1.8 metres deep although does have steps. The pool is heated by the sun, and is in the shade from late afternoon, providing some respite from the heat.

Due to the village location, you will require a car should you wish to explore the local area.

Due to the nature of the property it is not wheelchair accessible or suitable for those with mobility issues.

There is an additional air bed for a small child which fits in either bedroom if required.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Pick up and collection from the airport is also available at an additional cost
Guest access
2 minutes from the National highway which provides easy access to Chania and Kolymbari.
Next local village - Tavronitis is around 3 minutes in the car, or if you like walking about 25 - 30 minute walk, although uphill on the way back.

Big towns of Platanias and Agia Marina are about 10-15 minutes drive away where you will find plenty of restaurants, crazy golf etc.
