Hotel location is perfect for walking downtown. Staff was great, outside bar was great. Our bathroom sink dripped and wasn’t the most updated room but really we have no complaints overall and will definitely stay again!

How does a 17 floor hotel not manage to have all three elevators operational for a home football weekend? I don’t remember another hotel stay with lines of guests trying to get into elevators snaking out into the lobby.

Parking was NOT included, carpet wet

Parking was listed as included when I booked, but then wanted to charge an extra 40/night instead when I arrived. Nope. Then when got to room, the AC was condensing water all on the inside if the room carpet. Moved to another room, but not the quality or service I would expect.
