‘Ocean 12’ is one of a kind - consisting of the entire first floor of a gorgeous beachfront apartment building with two separate condos and a connected veranda that can accommodate up to 12 people. Set amongst luscious tropical grounds looking out onto a mile of phenomenal coastline, this space will be a fantastic backdrop to your Central American vacation.

Situated on the Placencia Peninsula in the beautiful country of Belize, you're bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side and a lagoon on the other, with jungles and the Maya Mountains in the distance offering a fantastic backdrop to your Central American vacation.

Have a seat on the cozy sofas in the living rooms and open up the doors to catch the refreshing sea breeze! If the weather is a little too balmy for your taste, the homes also have all brand new high-efficiency, acoustically-pleasing air conditioning units and ceiling fans to keep everyone comfortable. Whether you want to sit inside and watch a little TV (all major US channels are available) or relax outside on the balcony and chat, there are plenty of spaces to spend time with loved ones and soak up the best of the phenomenal coastline.

With two full, modern, kitchens you'll have no trouble at all whipping up meals while you're here! Sit together at the breakfast bar to enjoy a quick meal of tropical fruit smoothies or a home-cooked dinner with local ingredients.

Where You Will Sleep: Master Bedrooms: The two master bedrooms have a king-size bed, access to the veranda, and an attached bathroom with plenty of storage space.

Bedroom 2 in each apartment has a queen-size bed.

Living Rooms: each apartment has a queen-size Murphy Bed which can easily be set up to accommodate a further 2 guests

Please note that the condo is on the first floor of a three storey building and there are several steps leading to the entrance, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Guest Access: You can snorkel, swim, float in the pool, melt into the hot tub, read on the pier under the palapa, kayak across the crystal clear waters or walk the mile long stretch of beach. Rest assured, the exclusive condo complex is gated and attended by security as well as being thoughtfully maintained by our on site staff.
