Al Bruacu – Cottage with Garden Steps from Lake Viverone

Welcome to Al Bruacu, our home surrounded by greenery in Piverone, on the Serra Morenica in a pre-hill region. The 160 m² house on two floors accommodates up to 6 guests. You’ll find a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. For extra comfort, there’s Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, Smart TV, washing machine, and a small fitness area. Families with children will enjoy games and books for shared fun.



Outdoors, a private garden, terrace, and 2 balconies await, offering views of vineyards and gentle hills. In the garden, you can pick herbs and berries grown on-site to add a special touch to your relaxing moments.



You have outdoor parking in the courtyard and a garage space with direct access to the tavern area. Events are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere for everyone.



"Al Bruacu" means "blueberry" in the Piedmontese dialect: here, you’ll wake up among vineyards and hills, experiencing the true rhythm of the countryside. Just steps from Lake Viverone, enjoy tranquil walks, beautiful views, and local flavors. In about 20 minutes by car, reach Ivrea, a UNESCO World Heritage city, famous for its Historic Carnival and the Olivetti typewriter. The house is also convenient for Biella, renowned for its food and wine: Menabrea, Italy’s oldest beer, and Botalla, typical cheeses of the Biella Alps, both celebrated at the MeBo Museum, which tells the region’s brewing and cheese-making traditions.
