Staff was excellent. We were at a nearby concert that went late into the night. I had not called to explain that bc website said 24/7 check-in-in. But front desk called to check on us as the night got late. It was a nice touch of personal attention. Hotel was clean and quiet - not a typical ‘airport hotel’ because not hovering right at the airport footprint.

Hotel is in a commercial area; nothing around. Driving up to the property it looks run down. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. When we did get the keys to our room 45min later our keys did not work and they had one person working who did not know what they were doing. Other families/guest were dealing with same issue and dirty rooms. No manager on site. We left after 2 hours had passed and requested a refund. Would NOT recommend.

Average at best for food. The staff was a bunch of kids who had no training in customer service. We asked for towels to meet the needs of 4 people, and never got any. When we asked for $ to be taken off the bill, they said they had no control over the room service and referred us to a nameless manager, of whom they wouldn’t give the name.

The elevators where broke when we got there. For $200 it could have been cleaner on the outside. The rooms were ok but the shower curtain didnt work. Not real impressed at all. The place needs a lot of work. The staff was ok.

We booked the room for 2 nights. Upon checking-in we were given a dirty room. It wasn't clean. Trash was still there the towels were all other the place. We were given another room on the 2nd floor. The A/C unit wasn't working. The next morning we left early and upon our return that evening our key wasn't working. I went to the front desk to give me another key, the lady gave me a new key. Upon my return to my room other guests items/luggage were in the room. We had to leave and get another Hotel. We weren't about to stay there because other guests items were already there. They had no other rooms available. We left and had to get another room at another Hotel. We had a very bad experience with this Hotel. Other guests were in the lobby with different complaints, not hot water, toilet over flowing, their keys didn't work to got back into their rooms, etc.

This hotel is in shambles. The elevator didn’t work. The room smelled like faint vomit and overpowering air freshener. TV didn’t work. Many tiles were missing inside the bathroom. Still water on the floor next to the toilet.
