The keycards for the doors did not work well. Any contact with electronics would scramble them including cell phones, chipped credit cards, car fobs. Constantly had to get them reprogrammed but only 1 of the 2 might work. Saw over 10 people having similar problems during the 4 days that I was there.

I like this hotel for the price as a budget staycation for me and my partner. The Tv channel options are not the best. The high step tub is somewhat of a safety concern even for an aware and careful person. The bed is comfortable and the room is warm even for the cold month of February

There was a hole in the wall like someone had punched it, a panel on the bathroom wall that covers the pipers in the wall was on the floor, the fan in the bathroom was disconnected and hanging off the wall.

THIS PROPERTY ILLEGALLY CHARGED 2 DIFFERENT BANK CARDS ONE AMOUNT OF 222.00 AND THE OTHER FOR 259.00 I NEVER STAYED AT THIS HOTEL! THE PHOTS ARE A LIE AND NOT WHAT THE HOTEL ROOMS LOOK LIKE. THERE ARE ADDICTS THAT HANG ALL AROUND THE BUILDING, IT STINKS, IS DIRTY, AND THEY DO HAVE BED BUGS! I BOOKED A NON-SMOKING ROOM. I GET THERE THE DAY OF CHECKIN AND THEY GAVE ME A SMOKING ROOM, I HAVE 2 SMALL CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA. I DECLINED THE DIRTY ROOM-SHYAN OFFICE STAFF MEMBER TOLD ME THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! THE OTHER OFFICE STAFF A.J. PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY WILL LOG IT FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME FOR MY REFUND!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THE MANAGER EVERYDAY SINCE MAY 3RD! THEY ARE AVOIDING ME. THEN I SEE TODAY THAT THEY CHARGED AOTHER CARD OF MINE SO THEY TOOK $481 DOLLARS FROM ME AND I NEVER STAYED AT THEIR HOTEL!!! I AM FILING A SUIT AND DISPUTING WITH MY BANK INSTITUTION!!!

my non-smoking room reeked of smoke.

Well, I understood this was an older property and hasn’t been updated in sometime. I had read some of the reviews and had slightly better expectations. However, my non-smoking room reek of smoke had me coughing half the night was very unpleasant. Staff was incredibly friendly. The lobby smelled clean. I had hoped the same for my room. I could’ve overlooked almost everything had the room not smelled so much like smoke. It was really bad definitely needs upgraded. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. The floor was cracked and broken ceiling in the bathroom had brown spots all over it. The breakfast mediocre coffee based on the refuse, I read I definitely did not get what I had expected based on some of the reviews which I believe were fraudulent. Find another place to stay. They were very friendly, but the place just smelled of smoke.
