He I in and check out were easy and the staff was polite and helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable and I had 5 large bug bites on my leg the next day.

A disappointing experience While the hotel felt safe, cleanliness and room amenities were lacking. We paid for a room with a refrigerator but were given one without a fridge or microwave. Starting from 8 AM, our door was knocked on three separate times asking if we were checking out, which seriously disrupted our rest. Additionally, when I repeated my question because the receptionist didn’t understand me, she hung up the phone on me. This was very unprofessional. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms smelled like smoke, it was really hard to stay. The double beds were wobbly and made sounds. The bathroom door did not have any lock, the room was booked for 3 guests, but still things like the coffee cups, towels all were 2 sets. But ultimate main issue is the smell in the room.

This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in for decades. It was filthy; the floor was covered in dirt. The mattress was so lumpy that it hurt us. The pillows were so thin they were worthless.
