First I will say that the staff were polite and helpful. But the room itself reeked of smoke and when we opened the mini-fridge, it still had the garbage in it that the last occupants left. A wine bottle, open drink and open yogurt. Floors appeared clean, but when we looked under the bed before leaving to make sure we had everything, there was garbage and dirt underneath. I am sensitive to smoke, so I spent the whole night snuffling and wheezing. I never write critical reviews, but I was disappointed in the experience for the price point. On the positive side, the area is safe, and right next to a restaurant.

Disappointing

Our stay was very disappointing and to think we had to pay $150 is ridiculous. The whole atmosphere was of a somewhat brokened down, outdated place. The outside hallways were dirty and dimly lighted. The bathroom was the worst. For whatever reason the bathtub/ shower sits about 6 inches higher than normal. It is a struggle getting into it, but very difficult to get out of. They do have a sign warning one about exiting the tub. There is one handle bar, but it is on a wall outside of the tub. The towels are a very cheap quality, but there is a sign by the sink stating that a significant charge will be add to your credit card, if they are missing. Also, there is no maid service. If you want fresh towels, you have to turn your used ones nto the desk. Fresh ones may be available or you may have to wait quite a few hours for them. It is obvious that they only have a few employees that have to do multiple jobs. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this Inn.

Facility was clean. Check in was easy. They took my credit card when I checked in, hoping they did not charge anything as I paid on expedia. The photos on expedia were better than the actual experience, the "gym" was not a gym, tiny room with a treadmill that didn't turn on. Two of the 4 lamps in my room I could not get to work. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast starting at 7am, which was a main reason I booked, since I had a conference at 8am. At 710, there was no one there even setting up breakfast. Fortunately, I was able to walk to Eat n Park and pay for breakfast, which cost $25 with tip

the outside of the property needs to be cleaned we found the room should of been cleaned there was trash around the bed if you have a disability good luck my wife has a disability and when I asked for a room that would help her out and got a room that did not help her the bathtub was very hard to get in and out of even with a grab bar. good thing there is a dinner next door cause the breakfast there is a joke. when we got home we checked out our credit card statement and seen we were charged two times for the room when I called the hotel about it got some B.S. story about it, so watch your card account we will never stay there again

Initial room had stained sheets that I can't believe were placed on a bed. The desk clerk changed my room. The new room had a weird plug in air freshener that wasn't pleasant to me, and the next morning when I turned on the vanity/sink light I found a silverfish and then saw more movement and it was a baby roach. I notified the desk and no apology, nothing. Only "oh, ok, I'll make sure the manager is aware". Bed was uncomfortable - able to feel the springs and they made noise when rolling over. The pillows were good and the floor was vinyl so at least it wasn't nasty carpet. Mold on shower ceiling; breakfast was slices of bread to make toast; oatmeal packets, hostess snacks, granola bar, 2 cereals, and the pitcher of milk was empty not refilled. I do not recommend.

Found a nasty bug in the sink in the morning. Was charged $13 for who the hell knows what when this was booked supposedly ‘all in’. When I called to dispute the charges, they said it was in the site & refused. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Small room for the price. Very OUTDATED. Had to step WAY up into the tub, shorter/elderly people would have a hard time getting into the tub/shower. The refrigerator did NOT get cold. The staff were NOT friendly or courteous at all. Will definitely NOT BE staying there EVER again. They would have to pay us to do that!

Stained pillow cases and sheets, stained towels, dirty floor, feet and socks turned black with dirt, not enough soap available. I will never stay there again. Embarrassing to have made this reservation and put my family in this gotel. Pictures online donot match actual facility.

BED BUGS!!

Had a 3 night stay and checked in and got to room and looked it over. It was definitely not very clean. We stayed the first night and got up to eat breakfast which was very minimal. Nothing much to eat. After breakfast went back to room and was laying in bed only to find a BED BUG on our sheet crawling around. Immediately packed up and went to front desk to get a refund whuch they only refunded our remaining stays. Do not recommend whatsoever. Place is run down and not clean with bed bugs.
