Hotel was clean. Hated didn't offer breakfast and hotel sits up a hill and doesn't offer a lot of parking for bigger vehicles or trailers. Staff didn't go out of way to be real personable. Beds were ok in comfort. Did find a flashlight under bed at the end so don't know how well staff looks cleaning lol. Liked the kitchen etc but no dishes or pots and pans to do anything with it.

The facility, especially room and hallway stunk. The facility is outdated. There was no breakfast. The staff emphasized there was coffee available 24 hours a day. However, the decaf is only available upon request. The hotel needs updated.

First Time Will Not Be My Last Time!

We were met with a friendly smile! My first room had one or two issues; the solution was quick (a different room) and was completed with the same friendly energy. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Because My Place is set up for extended stays, the rooms do show some wear and tear, but our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen works. The location was close to shopping and food.

The staff was extremely helpful and our food was comfortable. The hall had a funk smell though and there was a questionable stain on the wall in our room. We would have liked more amenities like a continental breakfast.
