The water in the shower was only Luke warm, the bed was very firm and u comfortable. When I went to check out I noticed they charged me for 2 days at the breakfast buffet that I didn’t eat. I asked them to remove it from my bill and he said I would have to call the manager on Monday. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just remove it right then and there.

Two things…first thing is when I was checking in I was told we would automatically be charged for breakfast unless I let someone know we don’t want it which I have then read reviews about people still being charged through Expedia or outside competitors after declining it. Second thing right after checking in and getting to our room we found the bathroom door handle and lock were broken and apparently no one at the hotel knew about this and now I’m worried about being charged for breakfast we didn’t want and the damages for our room.
