The man working the front desk was courteous and responsive. The room was dirty. The bathtub was dirty, and the curtain didn't have a water protector and it was dirty. There was one towel for a room reserved for four people. I called the front desk and they asked me to come downstairs to get more towels. When I went downstairs, they gave me two more towels, for a total of three towels for a room reserved for four people. There was dried up ketchup on the table and the floor. The floors were not swept. The sheets appeared to be clean, but they did have stains. We won't stay here again, there are other options for the same price.

The heating unit was broken in our room which made for a cold night sleeping in hoodies. They told us to just turn the unit off and back on and let it run for 15 minutes but turns out they had to replace the entire unit the next day. Room had done visible damage like a mirror being ripped off the bathroom door and an outlet left hanging by the bed. Staff was very nice, Barbie was very welcoming. I wouldn’t call what they serve breakfast. It was coffee, bagged pastries, old fruit, and some yogurt in a mini fridge.

The first room that I was put in, none of the lights worked. The second room I was put in was absolutely filthy. There were dead bugs everywhere, it looked like the shower hadn’t been scrubbed ever, it looked like food on the sheets and bedding. It was absolutely disgusting!
