Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service & Maintenance Issues I stayed at the Pittsburgh Extended Stay America – Cranberry and had one of the worst hotel experiences. There was no blanket in my room, and when I requested one, the staff refused to provide it. The room was dirty, the bathroom spout was leaking heavily, and no maintenance staff was available to fix it. The thermostat didn’t work, and several room lights were out. Despite multiple complaints, the staff showed no urgency or willingness to address any issues. Completely unacceptable service and lack of basic hospitality. Would not recommend staying here.

Only one elevator working. Air conditioner excessively loud. One sink only had hard water. Bed too hard. Food and trash on the floors in the hall. Elevator floor sticky. Very low water pressure. Best part was the new shower curtain

They did not honor the Expedia commitment to give us the number of beds promised. We were supposed to have 2 queens and a sleeper but were only offered one king and a sleeper. Had no cot, no extra pillows, no extra blankets to use for our additional family members. And little concern for the issue.

Staffs are okay but this place is unclean (trashes on the lobby), unorganized (no breakfast which was included on the rate because shipments are delayed?) and unsafe (banging noise and suspicious crowds in parking lot). This is one of the worse hotel experience yet sadly.

After staying here I'm honestly surprised it has a higher rating on this site. The hotel is located in a less favorable area near the freeway with the road leading up to it full of potholes and cracks. The facility itself is updated but clearly has at least 10 years of wear. There were 2 holes in the wall in my room, the mounted nightstand was askew from its wall mounted and would move if touched. The room reeked of cigarettes coved up by incenses. When I initially checked in at around 3:30p the room they sent me to was still being worked on by staff, the large housekeeping bin with trash bags and towels left in the middle of the room and bedding for the bare bed left on the windowsill. The woman that checked me in was nice and apologetic (not her fault) saying she the cleaning staff had not told her they were not done with that room. I definitely wouldn't recommend a staying here.

Man art check in could not even take out his headphones. Very unhelpful and rude. Room smelled funny and was not super clean, smelled like someone was just in there before we go there with bad B.O. Did not feel very safe when we got there at 8, several men standing in parking lot driving lots of beer..
