Stayed 14 days, room was clean,staff was nice only thing wrong was the pool was not working the whole 14 day stay and key card only worked on front lobby door staff said the other doors were broke if you came in late you had to park around back and walk to the front lobby to get in.

When I made the reservation, Expedia fail to tell us that the pool was closed. I went to the resorts website and saw that ghey had the pool x out. We we're very disappointed. I called 2 times (in the weeks before) before leaving and asked them to get us rooms adjoining, beside each other or across the hall. Since we reserved 2 roomswith 2 queens and a sofabed(Since I have a child with a developmentaI disability who like to back and forth between rooms)I know its not guaranteed but I asked for as close as possible. I get there they wanted to put us on 2 separate floors! Unacceptable! So the best he said they could do is a king bed and sofa bed for one of the rooms to get us on the same floor. Which we had to take because we needed to be at least on the same floor. We were 4 doors away from each other.

Make your self at home in your clean & comfy suite

Visiting friends in the area for a long weekend, we selected this hotel for its location not far from the mall and restaurants and major roads and an interstate as well as its "suite" offerings. More leisure comfort with a couch and ottoman. And a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and dishes and silverware, in the event that we might have a need for such appliances...which we did. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was perfect in its space and shelves and easy-to-use water control. The in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel all did their job! The bath towels were indulgent! We were truly comfortable each evening after a full day out and about. The complimentary breakfast offerings were enough to give you plenty to choose from and different from the norm. Everything I had was satisfying.
