My room was small but clean. Parking is $35 dollars extra which I would have liked knowing up front. Pillows were overly soft and mushy, even the "bolsters" that should have had some support.

Bathroom is very old and rustic on lamps. That needs to be remodel for sure! Start using glass doors for standing shower. No more tubs.

Nice place to stay

Clean comfortable hotel conveniently located near UPMC hospitals. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean with nice amenities except for the pillows. While they look nice and fluffy, the second you put your head on them they turn into flat pancakes. The parking price is also a little steep—$35 for one night is a lot especially when the cost of the room is also high. Overall it is a great place to stay if you need to be at one of the hospitals early in the morning.

The bedding was thread bare and looked well past its prime use - and there was barely a blanket on my bed. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. The location was convenient for my daughter‘s dorm.
