The property, the room and the bathroom are all dirty. The carpet in the room stinks and the reception did not help us. The upkeep of this property is poor. Asked if the fridge was working. Was told to pull the fridge out and check the wiring

They assigned a family the same toom as me due to a system error. The family walked in on me. Then the next morning, cleaning walked in on me. After grabbing breakfast, i was locked out of my room for 20 mins due to the system error. I requested a callback to resolve my issues and they never reached out. The front desk woman clearly did not care about the invasion of privacy and awful safety.

beds and pillows were uncomfortable, rugs was stained and bathroom floor looked dirty, room door did not close properly and the smell of room deodorizer was very over powering

Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service excellence!

Room 616 was dirty. The carpet, the bed skirt, and the chair all had massive stains and appeared unhygienic. The man at check-in was not helpful and rather aloof. We have stayed at this hotel at least once a year in the last twelve. We understand it is under new management. If so, they have dropped the ball. We will not return.

Obnoxious customer service

I had to deal with a person at the front desk that outright rude. When I inquired about my room rate he was obnoxious. I was shocked that someone in customer service could treat their customers with such disrespect. I will never go back to this hotel.
