Phone was not working. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, no bathroom tissue was there that clearly says that toilet was not cleaned. Called front desk using cell phone but they didn’t receive it. We had to go down in person to report but they said don’t have cleaning staff available and gave tissue but didn’t offer other room. Very bad service. Breakfast was horrible not many options and the quality was bad, breakfast service staff was very rude using bad words and not responsive and friendly overall very bad. Not recommend this hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The lobby staff did not answer the phone after 10pm—on multiple occasions I called over 20 times with no response. The first night, the heat in my room didn’t work. When I went to the lobby, the staff member was distracted on his phone and only then moved me to another room. The second night was even worse. My neighbor was in the middle of a loud domestic dispute that went on until 2am. The phone in my new room didn’t work, so I had to call the lobby from my cell phone, but again no one answered. Even the toll-free reservation line tried twice to reach the front desk and couldn’t get through. I overheard the woman involved in the dispute say she was sleeping in her car. Between broken room amenities, unresponsive staff, and serious safety concerns, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. I always stay here when I visit my family in the area. I will choose another hotel in the area when i visit next year. On a good note, breakfast options was good. Let me begin by saying the front desk staff was wonderful. Above and beyond. Unfortunately, that's where the positive parts of this stay ended. Checked in, unpacked, flipped on the TV to find that it didn't work. Desk was very helpful, tried everything, and eventually moved us to another room (after we spied a handwritten note on the front desk that said the TV in that particular room didn't work, and another guest had also been moved from that room). Second room - the heat doesn't work. We were there during a blizzard, literally 12 degrees outside. Room was 62 degrees, and that's where it stayed. Tried to take a hot shower to warm up, and after doing so, found a horribly dirty and stained towel rolled up on the towel rack. This was not the experience I'm sure Hampton/Hilton wants you to have. I didn't complain about the heat or the towel because the staff had been so nice about the TV. I'll just vote with my feet and will not be staying here again.

Room is fine, but the Bed and Pillows were not that great. There were plenty of noice whole night from the highway next to the hotel eventhough we stated at 9th floor.
