The staff were absolutely disrespectful and combative. I had some issues with my reservation in the concierge was completely dismissive and frankly unwilling to help the situation. I was told to remove myself from the lobby go downstairs and fix the reservation myself online with my phone, which ended up triple booking a suite somehow through their website, which all went on my credit card then I proceeded to call was transferred to their corporate line and was offered no remedy For the price of a one night stay for them to be that rude I was given the impression that they did not need my money yet they took it As far as I’m concerned, the Hilton organization has enough money and will no longer receive any from myself or any family or friends So while I’m dealing with this issue, there is a parade of people walking through this uncomfortable situation in swimsuits and flotation devices coming from their pool area, which empties out right into their lobby that makes total sense $178 to be aggravated and made anxious and dismissed. Thank you but no thank you enjoy the $$178. It will be the last you get from me.

Nice hotel. They'd totally get a 5 star of the pillows hadn't been nothing less than horrid. No support. Completely flat and useless. Almost like sleeping on a pillow case without a pillow in it. Also Expedia booked me as 2 rooms and not one like I requested and Ingot charged a $75 late cancelation fee cause I didn't need the other room.

Nice location, room, and breakfast

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the subway, restaurants, and other businesses. The staff at the front desk performed their jobs well. We used some amenities such as the free buffet breakfast, which tasted good and had friendly service. Valet parking in a public garage costs more than mentioned on this website, so we parked our vehicle ourselves. Our room was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable, and, aside from a few things in the bathroom, was in very good condition.

Should be way better

All shades in room were broken in the down position . Check in and valet parking were so slow. Lobby on 25 th floor . Don’t recommend this hotel until they get there act together . Left one day early as it was not very inviting to sit in room of darkness.

Heater was not working, I tried to set it, wouldn't work. There was no water in the room, I had to go up to the front desk to get it. I tried to call room service, they won't answer the phone, I had to go down and eat the bar. Business center was down, girl tried to print highly-confidential document, her printer in the back office is jammed, and finally printed them at the front office desk. It is terrible all the way around. So, I don't think I will choose this location again.
