Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff were absolutely disrespectful and combative. I had some issues with my reservation in the concierge was completely dismissive and frankly unwilling to help the situation. I was told to remove myself from the lobby go downstairs and fix the reservation myself online with my phone, which ended up triple booking a suite somehow through their website, which all went on my credit card then I proceeded to call was transferred to their corporate line and was offered no remedy
For the price of a one night stay for them to be that rude I was given the impression that they did not need my money yet they took it
As far as I’m concerned, the Hilton organization has enough money and will no longer receive any from myself or any family or friends
So while I’m dealing with this issue, there is a parade of people walking through this uncomfortable situation in swimsuits and flotation devices coming from their pool area, which empties out right into their lobby that makes total sense
$178 to be aggravated and made anxious and dismissed. Thank you but no thank you enjoy the $$178. It will be the last you get from me.
