Room floor was dirty. Every night our key cards had to get reprogrammed, we of course found out after going up to the room and would have to come back down. Breakfast choices were less than impressive for sure. Hair dryer in room was broken. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The area was great as it was close to shopping and amenities. Close to Pittsburgh without staying in the city and cheaper. Close to and easy to get to the highway. Clean rooms and good condition, typical for comfort Inn. Shower didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Otherwise great stay

First room given was right along highway that was noisy all night. Ask for another room the next day and with some extra work, they got us another room away from the highway. The thermostat in the second room was better also. It was nice that my request for a different room was accepted since the hotel was sold out due to a Steelers game.

Not as advertised. They say 2 queen bed rooms, but they are actually 2 full size beds. We had 4 people and one person ended up having to buy a mattress and sleep on the floor. Room regardless was very small and hard to navigate in. The blankets are old and piling bad with loose threads all over. We had to double check with the front to make sure they were supposed to look as is because they looked so dirty. Ended up having to bring in our own blankets as well. Breakfast average, not many options.
