We asked the room to be cleaned because there was dirt on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. We were told they do not clean but every 3 days. When we requested additional towels they were just put at the door and no turn down service was provided when requested

The hotel was perfect for attending a show at Peterson event center. Room was clean and with the heat it was cool and comfortable. Easy check-in. Parking was good also costs extra but the in and out worked fine after they explained how it works. Would stay here again.

Staff who gave us our keys acted rude and mean after hearing us talking in spanish. It made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Overall, great location loved the rooms and how big they are for the price. I love that I was given connecting rooms- that will def bring me back to this location. JThe pool and hot tub are nice, and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only things I could say was that the knob on my fridge was gone and the port for the USB by the desk was broken I called up advise and they said they would fix it in the morning but never did, so the fridge was pretty much not very useful for me personally. I used the fridge next door for everything. Also parking should be more reasonably priced for guests. I know it’s downtown but parking is usually free at hotels that aren’t downtown, I’d rather go further out to save on parking next time.

Friendly staff, nice lobby/bar. Room was one of the most un-clean rooms I've ever had to stay in. It was clearly not cleaned AT ALL other than folding the toilet paper to make it appear clean. Shower had obvious signs of not being cleaned such as small, dark colored curly hairs ALL OVER. Same with the bedding. When brought up to management I was told the room would be cleaned and new bedding-that never happened. We ended our stay a night early because of how dirty the room was. They also left us a complimentary bottle of used lotion. On top of this, parking is not free to guests, its an additional fee when you check in. Would not suggest staying here if you prefer a clean room.
