I’ve never been charged to check in an hour early. It wasn’t like the room wasn’t ready, they just charged. The breakfast offering was pathetic. Will never stay here again. They obviously aren’t worried about offering good customer service.

Room was great. Need to have a coat hook near the door for coats and boots. You need something on the tub floor it gets very slippery. The prices on the snacks are outrageous. Some prices are triple fro anywhere else. $30 for 5 . $1.50 -$2.00 is mormal price. You would sell more if they were cheaper. Also the shower curtain was to short it didn't hand in the tub and water was everywhere. And the freezer tray needs to be cleaned. Other than this it was great.
