Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though.

Awesome 2bdrm loft

Pleasantly surprised with the place. Loved the 'industrial' feel. Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed. I'd definitely come back again

I am from pgh but live out of state now. This place was awesome I will stay here every time I come home and need a place to stay. This place is honestly very nice also safe. Very close to downtown, the strip and Lawrenceville you can't beat the price or location

A++. It was a pleasant experience. Free parking on street was sufficient and accessible. Kitchen was great and utilized it much for my baked goods that I sold at a business event.

The apartment was very nice, the beds comfortable and the bath facilities great. There is no network TV and the roof leaked by the front door. Also stepped on something sticky on the floor by the living room rug. We requested security parking which was available for an extra 20.00 but no one provided us the code until the second day we were there. Great exercise and basketball court on the first floor. Overall give it a 4.25 out of 5.

Great place!

This was a really interesting property and a great place to stay, tucked away in the hills of Pittsburgh. The garage was a little hard to find in the dark and rain (it's down the street from the property, not directly across the street) but we thought everything was really comfortable. The kitchen had a ton of amenities. We were sorry we weren't staying longer. We'll be bavk!

Pittsburghs Hidden Gem

I almost hesitate to leave such a glowing review to keep this the best kept secret in Pitt, but it’s only fair to share it. Do not hesitate to book, amazing location central to most activities and great dining near the University campus. Great street parking was always available, and the road itself was fairly quiet so very little street noise. The two bed setup with extra couch bed worked excellent, and comfortably accommodated five of us. Kitchen was well stocked, and the welcome basket and booklet were much appreciated. FREE gym access included. Seriously the perfect accommodation in Pittsburgh.
