The front desk staff were very helpful at check-in and check-out. The hotel has a small but convenient elevator, and they kindly stored my luggage for a few hours after check-out. The front desk also arranged a taxi to Pisa Centrale, which arrived within about five minutes. A welcoming and professional place right in the heart of Pisa — thank you!

There’s nothing like this hotel. Staff and room were amazing. The view is incredible. Nothing like it. However it is very noisy outside until about 11 PM which should be expected give the crowds. The noise is worth the experience and view.

Fantastic hotel

Absolutely amazing hotel. Straight opposite the Tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, had everything you could possibly need along with a stunning room. Would highly recommend here. So many places to eat around the hotel and as you are staying there you get superb photos when everyone else has gone home!

Cannot recommend enough.

I stayed here for 2 nights with work and I cannot tell you how incredible this hotel was. The design, the location, the staff it was all 10/10. They were so accommodating, helpful, friendly and literally couldn’t do enough for me. Room was so clean and comfortable too.

The apartment was stylish, clean and modern but my stay was absolutely miserable. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I booked this place because of its excellent reviews. I couldn’t find the property and the phone number was unavailable and the messages weren’t responded to in a timely manner (up to 48 hours) I booked an air conditioned room and it was extremely hot. I lived in Florida through power outages and it was hotter.

Great property if you have limited time so that you are in the heart of the Pisa square. Getting a room with the direct view of the Pisa tower is definitely worth it even though it is on the expensive side. Bery friendly front desk and overall it was a nice stay.

Fabulous stay

We had one night in Pisa, we arrived late but the communication was great with the hotel. The location is amazing you step out the door and are in front of the leaning tower. The room was a good size and clean, decor modern. The only critic was there was a slight smell of smoke in our room when we arrived. Everything else was perfect, it was my wife's birthday and the hotel left us a small bottle of prosecco to celebrate which was a very nice touch and appreciated. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
