Double charged. Bad management

Eventhough I have already paid by hotels.com, they still charge me for my stay (double charged). I have emailed them but still no answer after 7 days passed. Bad service. Please check your email and do your job properly. Emailed and called them again today but they give excuses.
Stayed 1 night in Feb 2019
