La maison est propre et bien située par rapport au centre ville et aux plages; cependant, la maison elle même n'est pas entretenue au mieux: toilettes, congélateur et lave vaisselle en mauvais état, pelouse non tondue, bbq en mauvais état. Autre désagréments: le prix de l'électricité non inclu et facturé au dessus du réel; idem pour le montant de la taxe de séjours. Cerise sur la gateau: l'odeur de poubelles accumulées en permanence dans la rue à l'angle de la maison...

Belle propriété, avec notre petit chien cela était très facile. Dommage pour le temps.

Ferienhaus in Pirou-Plage

Es sollte die Schlüsselübergabe eigentlich in der Agenturvertretung stattfinden. Die Vermieter haben uns jedoch vorher angeschrieben ob wir früher und direkt zum Objekt kommen können. War für uns kein Problem. Das kam erst später. Sie sprachen nur gebrochen Englisch, wir konnten uns aber doch irgendwie verständlich machen. Das Haus ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und vorsichtig ausgedrückt "nicht sehr sauber". In den Ecken der Duschkabine war schwarzer Schimmel. Ecklig. Haben erst mal Desinfektionszeug gekauft und ordentlich eingesprüht. Nur mit Badelatschen betreten und notwendigerweise benutzt. Das Positive war die Matratze im grossen französischen Bett. Die war anscheinend neu. Warum muss man hier eine Endreinigung bezahlen wenn augenscheinlich nichts gemacht wird! Auch der Garten und die Terrasse ist ziemlich lieblos und nicht gepflegt. Zum Schluss doch noch positiv ist die Nähe zum Strand und die zentrale Lage für Ausflüge. Gerne wieder in die Gegend aber auf keinen Fall in dieses Haus.
