Family house completely renovated in 2017: perfect insulation, modern comfort, fully equipped American kitchen, new sanitary facilities, WIFI (but no TV), baby equipment. Direct access to supervised Lérat beach, breathtaking view of the Lérat port / Pointe du Croisic, 5 min by car from the city center (and 5 min by car from La Turballe Super U and Piriac City Market), municipal tennis courts across the street (free access outside summer school holidays). Terraces for aperitif and meal with breathtaking sea view.

Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. L'emplacement est superbe. Le seul bémol, il manque de parasols sur la terrasse qui est très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Tout simplement magique !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La vue panoramique sur la mer est tout simplement magique. Nous avons apprécié la répartition des chambres, l'espace jeux pour les enfants et la toute nouvelle toile sur la terrasse. Merci à Delphine et M. Durand pour leur accueil et leur écoute. Maison très bien située accès mer sans route à traverser super pour les enfants. Maison très bien équipée, fonctionnelle. Attention divers escaliers donc ne convient pas à personne à mobilité réduite. Super week-end en ce qui nous concerne et pourquoi pas y revenir ! Pour nous tout était parfait.

Maison spacieuse et lumineuse, bien équipée et propre. Très bien accueillis par le sympathique Mr DURAND. Nous avons tous (nous étions 11 adultes) apprécié notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Juste un petit bémol, la table de la salle à manger est trop petite.
