It has a garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, an outdoor shower and a barbecue, an outdoor parking in the same building, a television and an iron. The open-plan kitchen with induction hobs is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press.
