Il Pescinone is a farm owned by our family for generations.
Il Cipressino is an air-conditioned studio with 3 beds on the ground floor, with a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Access to the structure and the bathroom have been adapted to the legislation for the removal of architectural barriers (dpgr 41 / R / 2009) and are therefore accessible to guests with disabilities. Rustic, not luxurious but welcoming, excellent starting point for lovers of the sea and for those who love to discover the beauty of the surroundings in the beautiful setting of the Val di Cornia and the Etruscan Coast.
Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided.
Available to all guests there is a laundry room with two washing machines. Outside there are large green areas with the possibility of barbecue.

The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
