The home is located in a quiet neighborhood near a golf course. We had difficulty with regulating the heat and found no instructions for how to set the thermostat. We would recommend the property manager setting the temperature at a normal setting to welcome guests. We also did not have a hairdryer in the rental. This seems like a basic necessity for guests.

Overall, I would definitely book this property again. It was spacious, easy to access, and generally clean. We did have an issue with moldy dishes left in the dishwasher from a prior guest, but when I submitted a maintenance request the property manager promptly called me. I will say the refundable property damage deposit is particularly steep in my experience for Vrbo, and I am still waiting to get that deposit back several days after my stay. But generally, we had a good experience.
