Young gentleman didn’t know where the closest elevator was since they didn’t have a first floor room like we had asked for. TV satellite didn’t work. Phone number on website doesn’t work so had to go down to lobby and ask for it to be fixed worked maybe 5 minutes and went out again. The toilet didn’t flush the first time we used it. Took lid off and it looked like that he hadn’t been used for quite awhile. We did get it working. We were on the 3rd floor.

Entire pool area was dilapidated. It was not heated as advertised, hot tub was completely inoperable. Pool cleaning equipment was strewn about the room and almost all of the lights in the room were burnt out. Front desk is consistently unstaffed with no help when you need it. The woman that sets up breakfast was incredibly rude and lacked social skills. We will not be staying here again.

What they say they all have online is false. They dont have anything. Their breakfast is little boxes of cereal and that was it. The beds very uncomfortably. Management is rude and worthless in helping.

Pros-Conveniently located, relatively quiet Cons-Wi-fi was down the majority of our stay, 1 of our rooms had a used washcloth hanging in the shower, pillows had a slight unpleasant odor to them and the pool and hot tub were unavailable for the duration of our stay.

This property was the most expensive on the market. We booked anyway for the convenience of the pool. It was shut down and has been for awhile. No mention of this was made until you walk into the hotel. The comforter had the remains of someone’s dinner on them. There was garbage behind the tv stand The room hasn’t been deep cleaned this year. Super dirty. The tub was stained and the water dripped all night. Don’t date your money on this place. When I asked for a discount to bring the price down 50$ to comparable properties I was told that 25$ was the best Expedia can do.
