The room was clean and looked like it had some updates. The toilet needs to be updated to a handicap height. The old toilet make you feel like your sitting on the floor. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable. Please add a sheer curtain in the window so the heavy curtains can be open and let light in. Will stay again.

There was only one girl working in the lobby when we checked in so the wait time was way too ling. The access to the rooms was terrible, you had to park in back to go to the room in the front. Also the showers were so bad that the sink water was harder than the shower water. Not an ideal stay at all, we stayed once and will not be back.

We had trouble from the time that we arrived. There was no hot water, the safe didn’t lock the room was so dated the floor had a dip in it with a crack. The furniture was horribly dated, TV was tiny, the phone didn’t work to call the front desk, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything through the walls. The only reason I would give them even a one is because the bed was comfortable. Avoid the Westgate representative in the lobby that tries to lure you to a 90 minute meeting that ends up being 3 hours.

No elevator, which was really my fault for not checking to make sure there was one available. The shower water pressure was very low. Hot was cold and cold was hot when trying to turn water on. Toilet is extremely low to the floor. A lot of road noise and also the people in the room beside us were extremely noisy, slamming doors and talking very loudly from 1:40 am to 4:30 am, which is not the fault of the hotel. On the positive side, it’s in a great location, beds were very comfortable and economical priced.

The room was very clean ! It was quiet outside not too much going on. The restaurant was 10/10 the food was great! Everyone was nice from checking in, dining to checking out!
