The stay was good. Staff was really friendly. The room was clean and in good repair. I gave it 4 only because i had booked a queen and was put in a room with a full (double) so it was a llittle smaller than i wanted but it was comfortable. I will return.

Great Stay with Southern Hospitality My wife and I wanted a little weekend getaway and stumbled upon the Wild Bear Inn. The ladies up front were incredibly accommodating and polite — I had forgotten my license, but they were able to switch everything into my wife’s name quickly and without any hassle. The room itself was just fine. The facility is older, but you can tell they’ve updated what they can without losing that rustic mountain charm. Everything was clean, and the mattress looked brand new. The location is perfect — right at the end of the Pigeon Forge “strip,” so you’re close to everything but away from the heavy noise and traffic. Because it’s an older building, you might hear a little more sound between rooms, but that’s to be expected and not something the staff can control. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The service, cleanliness, and location make this a great spot for a relaxing weekend. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable getaway in Pigeon Forge.

Location is excellent. Very clean. Only complaint is how loud the road is and dark the bathroom is. Would stay here again. Wish they had something to dull the highway traffic it sounds like your door is wide open and makes it difficult to sleep as the highway never slows down. I brought a fan so I cranked it to help drown some of the sound, it was still there but did help. Very clean and comfortable otherwise. Check in was busy - 3 people checking in- and took over 30 minutes so be prepared for that. All in all I would stay here again, simple CLEAN and very. Convenient location.

The room was well kept and comfortable. It was a pet friendly room with white coverlets. I spread a blanket on the white so my dog wouldn’t track anything on the white spread. Two things about the room needs attention. The area above the door was not finished. The tub had been resurfaced and it was pealing with large chucks now missing.

Clean room older need bathroom remodel parking is a bit of a steep hill nightmare on the strip with view so it was noisy till midnight. No elevator so to get to seco g floor you must walk up a very steep painted concrete ramp uk was a bit of a challenge with a cane. Going down the as very scary due to it being wet from rain.

This place was a lifesaver. We came to pigeon forge not have ANY idea of how crowded it was. We were there for one night so we ate dinner at the hotel and ate breakfast at the hotel so we didn’t have to go anywhere. We got the hell out of town as fast as we could!

Had an issue when we arrived. Told clerk we had to leave a day early and she explained the process of doing this using Orbitz. Over the next three days, the inn refused to assist when Orbitz would call saying they were too busy and to call back. This was never resolved and I paid for a night we weren’t there. Very unprofessional staff and response.
