Excellent service by all of the staff apart from the breakfast girl. Felt clean everwhere apart from the breakfast room. Cannot complain about anything apart from the service of the breakfast girl (or rather lack of). Would absolutely recommend this as a great hotel to stay at.

It was one night, so it was as comfortable as it could be for one night, but we spent extra money as a family for it to be a “nice” hotel. I definitely would not consider this a “nice” hotel. The pool was freezing, the hot tub was lukewarm. Overall a three out of five.

Outdoor pool was full of leaves and debris. Indoor pool area had lots of moisture and some mold. The color of the water was cloudy with tinge of green. Hotel seems old with old furnishings. Room was clean but had to go to lobby for sheets for pullout bed and more towels. 5 people and only 3 towels.

The location was good.the room was large thats l's really the only positives. The mountain view was mostly blocked by the roof. The rooms definitely need some updating . The beds were hard and the faucet leaked. The full buffet breakfast that I was told would be ready by 730 consisted of eggs and sausage. It was terrible. I wont stay there again

Rooms were small, all the pools and hot tub were really dirty and their breakfast was upsetting. You could make a waffle that was it. They were out of everything.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There was no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. The entire place stinks so bad. There is mold on the walls. They say you'll get a balcony with a mountain view but there are lights shining so bright on the balcony that you cant even sit on it at all.The a/c unit doesn't work right and smells so bad we just turned it off. Please take my advice and stay anywhere but Vista Inn. It is the worst place ever!

The place had bugs when we arrived. Then had to contact hotels to get a refund and still didnt get it. Had to contact again just to even get refund

I did not like anything. The wall started falling off in the night onto the floor, the carpet was coming away from wall, toilet paper holder broken, remote wouldn't work at first, there was soiled napkins in the coffee tray that holds fresh napkins and coffee, the water barely got hot when showering, none of the gym equipment worked, the pool and hot tub were cold and green, and the breakfast did not taste good. I will not be back. However, the staff was nice and helpful but that was the only positive from this experience.

Overall for the price, it was a good stay. Indoor pool and hot tub could definitely be take care of better. Hazy water and a musky smell to it. Great location.

Check in was good, but really a $15 fee to get keys early although rooms were ready. Bed slept terribly, felt springs, creaked every time someone rolls over. Needed extra pillows and were to pick them up out front and must return to front desk. Breakfast was complete disaster. Bisque’s were too hard to eat, gravey was very watery and flavorless. Eggs and sausage links cold. And we were there before everything was out, hoping for a good hot breakfast before starting a busy day. Oh, and the bathroom doorknob fell off! Both pools were green.

The stay itself wasn’t to bad service was crap. No housekeeping sheets was dirty I had to change them myself had to ask for towels and ended up getting pool towels. Pool was ice cold inside the outside pool was out of order. The workers slept and did t do their job. Was charged for 5 ppl when it was only 2. Also left 2 days earlier and no refund!
