Stay was good but had to leave a day early as I received news my sister who is on hospice only had a few good days left and I needed to get home to Ct. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive any type of refund as this was something I had no control of .

There were tiny flying bugs in our room, the stains in the pillow cases and comforters were gross. There was no respect between guests. It didnt matter what time it was there were people being loud. Kids and adults. The thin windows didnt help at all. The staff seemed depressed and unhappy. The breakfast was the best thing there.

Being on the 3rd floor and older, walking up and down the stairs was difficult. There isn't a elevator only outside stairs. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and my grandson chose to sleep on the floor instead of his bed.

It was a place to lay our head. Dont expect a fast hot shower. Water in the shower trickled out. The sheets were definitely washed with towels. My grandson got in the bed and screamed there are crumbs in the bed after looking it had the cotton balls from towels on it. After waking I felt about 4 red itchy spots on my legs but never seen anything in the bed or the mattress.

Quick 2 day trip to Dollywood

The staff during check in and check out were great. The room was clean. Our room was cleaned daily while we were out and fresh towels given. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of seating. Breakfast was okay and seating was limited. Overall good place to stay for our short trip.

It was OK. The check-in was slightly frustrating and they charged the room up front, which most other hotels wait until the end of the stay. The room was clean, but could've been better as there were crumbs on the floor, and we possibly saw a roach but couldn't find it afterwards. Bed was like sleeping on blocks!

The elevator outside our room caught fire and NO fire alarm was ever triggered. People were not evacuated or notified until we see flames and the guy from the front desk outside with a fire extinguisher and the fire trucks arriving. Unacceptable!!!!
