Its prime location places you and your guests within walking distance or a short drive to all of the most popular attractions in the area. This spacious condo makes you feel right at home with its cozy shades of tan, red, and gold with blue accents. The condo features new hardwood floors with top-of-the-line area rugs in the living and dining areas. There are new ceiling fans in the living room as well as both bedrooms to keep that cool breeze blowing on those hot summer nights. The all-new living room boasts a large queen sleeper sofa and two oversized chairs for your relaxing needs. While relaxing, you will enjoy FREE Wi-Fi and the new 65” SMART TV with premium cable and Netflix hanging above the quaint fireplace. With attention paid to detail, there is custom drapery with a light-blocking feature installed on every window so that you will get a restful night of sleep while away from home. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Whirlpool appliances for your entertaining needs. In the dining area, you will enjoy the 54” round, bar-height table that easily seats six and is great for socializing, playing cards, board games, or just having dinner with your family. The grand master bedroom includes a King size bed with a Hilton Suites mattress. Adjoining this grand master bedroom is the luxurious, Spa-like master bath that boasts Marble and Stone tile, and a 6ft walk-in shower with a tropical rain can. The 2nd master bedroom features a King size bed with a Hilton Suites mattress. This bedroom also has an adjoining bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Both master suites include new 48" SMART TV’S and down alternative comforters on both beds. All linens are provided, including 2 towels/2 washcloths per person for 6 guests. No daily maid service is provided. However, the condo is equipped with a washer/dryer and a small quantity of detergent is provided for your laundering needs. The complex offers 2 swimming pools, a large hot water Jacuzzi, and a smaller Jacuzzi inside the pool area. I can't say enough of good things about this condo. From the start the owner texted that it was available for early check-in. When we arrived, the condo was spotless and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, loved the master shower, and location was great. We were able to enjoy the children's play area, picnic tables, and indoor pool. We will definitely try to rent this condo on our next visit.

This is a fantastic and CLEAN condo! Don’t look any further - this is the best condo around! Perfect accommodations. This was one of THE BEST VRBOs we have rented so far in the area. The condo was clean, beds comfy, and location was exactly what we needed. Children ages 4 and 7 enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the playground. Communication with the owner was super easy. Check-in was fast and flawless. The location was easy to access and suited us for the activities we had planned in Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area. Did I mention how quiet it was? No loud music or noisy neighbors. Perfect for getting the little ones to sleep…Thank you to our hosts for a first class experience. We will definitely stay again the next opportunity we have to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
