WE STAYED HERE OVER FALL BREAK. THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS VERY NICE. SOME OF THE OTHER STAFF SEEMED COLD WHEN YOU ASKED QUESTIONS. ONCE WE GOT TO OUR ROOM WE DISCOVERED THAT OUR BALCONY LOOKED OUT AT THE BACK OF A BUILDING THAT LOOKED TO BE ADDED ON. OUR FRIDGE ROCKED AND THE TV WASN'T THE GREATEST. THEY SENT SOMEONE UP TO FIX THE FRIDGE AND ALL THEY DID WAS STICK A WEDGE UNDER IT TO KEEP IT STEADY. THE BEDS WERE EXTREMELY HARD AND MY BACK HURT MOST OF THE TRIP. THERE IS BREAKFAST BUT IT IS ONLY ON SAT AND SUN AND FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY HALF PRICE FOR ADDITIONAL GUEST AND FOR YOUR DRINKS. IT IS AN OLDER PROPERTY AND STILL LOOKS VERY DATED BUT OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN. MY SON LOVED THE POOL AND ARCADE, MOST OF THE GAMES ARE $1 EACH. IT WAS OK BUT COULD USE SOME UPDATES.

We stay here often when we come to the Smokies It has decent access to get out on the main street. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. We have not used the pool but it is always a hit for the children. They also have a nice little game room as well as a place to sit down in the lobby if you are staying with a group and need to meet

Worst night of sleep ever! People in room next door were incredibly loud from 2am onward. Poor insulation (sound-proofing) between rooms. Deadbolts on patio and room door don’t engage to secure doors. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast at location across parking lot & not available until 8am.

Room was supposed to have a working fire place, it did not. The refrigerator, only the freezer part worked. The bed had a old mattress which was very uncomfortable. We stay in a room with a kitchen, 1 coffee cup, 1 glass, 2 spoons, 1 fork. Had to end up eating out because the refrigerator did not work. Add say breakfast served, but in fact only on weekends. The description of the room did not prove to be honest. I DO NOT recommend that anyone stay here. Certainly not worth the money

Nice property and close to everything (shopping, dining). My only complaint is the room smelled really musty and moldy and it seemed to come from the room AC unit. We had to open the deck door to air it out.
