Very convenient location and excellent room for the price. Parking situation was not ideal- super crowded. And I simply can’t give 5 stars to a hotel that uses powdered eggs at the continental breakfast. Overall great value for your money though, and puts you super close to Dollywood and other local attractions!

Room 205 was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable but mattress would slide everytime i sat on the edge of it. The bathroom door handle was on backwards i think. The lock was on the outside so couldnt lock from inside. This wasnt a problem since it was just my daughter and me. There wasnt a chain latch on the entrance door. Also not a big concern. Was startled awake several times both nights by emergency sirens leaving from the nearby fire/ambulance/etc. departments. Breakfast was ok but not great. But it was enough to sustain us til lunch. All in all our stay was good. There were many stores,shops and restaurants in walking distance or a quick drive. Shoneys was right beside us.
