I wanted to love this place. Pros: The room set up is awesome, they have a loft room as an option and its lovely. Room has a decent size fridge and a microwave. The location is great. Right on the parkway. Cons: The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. There is a constant smell of Marijuana in the hallways that permeates into your room and the staff will do nothing about it. They are so rude when you call. It is NOT a place you can take children to. The room was not clean. There was so much hair in the bathroom and around the sink area. The carpets are also very dirty. My light pink socks turned black on the bottom from walking around. Unfortunately, as much as I liked the layout of the rooms and location, the Marijuana smell was a real issue. It gave me headaches having to smell it and the staff is either involved or ok with it.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was great, hotel is very quiet and clean. My room has a gorgeous view of the areas around it which were the Titanic Museum and a few other places.

Just a couple suggestions. The way room is setup toilet and tub are is separate room with sink in bedroom. There is a framed lighted mirror that was very dim. Hard to apply makeup. There were lights in ceiling over sink; however, the entire room was on one switch. If you used the ceiling light it woke up entire room. Also, please invest in some heavier coffee cups. The ones you have are so thin you can’t hold onto them and there were no sleeves offered. We got to where we used two cups per cup of coffee after we burned our hands trying to get coffee from breakfast area to our room!

We ended up not staying there bc Expedia didn't give us the right room. The staff was awesome & refunded our money within the hour of me speaking with them. Expedia kept telling me they were working on it, then said the hotel wouldn't refund it, and finally after me calling the hotel, having them talk to them & then Expedia making them fill out another form...they finally refunded the money. Will never use Expedia again.

Decent stay

Everything was good. Breakfast was great and view of river was excellent. The doors on the room on the other hand were not fitted correctly for the door. They had tried to fix the doors with a rubber strip to close gap…. But unfortunately the halls are right in your room it sounds like. You can hear everything that happens in the hall abnormally loud.
