Welcome to this ground floor apartment which can accommodate 4 people and has a cozy bedroom and a spacious living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, while the living room has a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. The modern bathroom has a shower and all necessary amenities. One pet is allowed, the house owner has a cat herself.

The area offers a wealth of activities in spring and summer. Our guests can explore the breathtaking nature of the surrounding area, whether by hiking in the nearby mountains or cycling along scenic paths. Lake Zell is just a short drive away and offers opportunities for swimming, boating and relaxing on the shore. You can also have fun at nearby golf courses or explore the region's charming villages.

In winter, Piesendorf turns into a winter wonderland. The apartment is close to ski areas such as areitXpress, Kitzsteinhorn or Schmittenhöhe, which offer skiers and snowboarders a variety of slopes. Cross-country ski trails crisscross the region, and snowshoe hikes offer a great way to explore the snowy landscape. After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the cozy apartment and spend the evening in front of the fireplace.
