I am a young woman solo vacationing from the U. S. and absolutely loved my stay here! I had trouble contacting a taxi for pickup and the owners were so kind to call one for me and make sure I got where I needed to go. The property is lovely and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Turning the locks on the front door are a bit tricky, but I had no other issues. Highly recommend this area if you are visiting the nearby Chateau, and the village itself is very pleasant and safe.

Weekend au vert à Pierrefonds

Petite maison très agréable et très bien située pour visiter les alentours. Un seul petit bémol : litterie un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Le reste etait parfait pour un long weekend au vert! Merci!

Wonderful!

The house is super cute and fresh on hot summer days. The terrace is south facing and has full sun all day.. could do with some kind of shade facility ideally, but no complaints. It was incredible to observe the forest, the birds, the sunsets, fall asleep to the owls hooting and wake to the birds singing… to sit in bed and look out across at the trees also - these were our highlights. And a 5 minute walk into Pierrefonds… it was absolutely perfect :-)
