The staff at hotel Casino staff were Amazing!! very helpful and accommodating . The pillows and beds were very comfortable . What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a microwave to heat your food up in the room. I order food fro the restaurant I found the food not that great from the restaurant . I ordered the burger sliders they were dry and over cooked and chicken wings they tasted like they were not fresh on the verge of not being ok .

Some of front desk staff behaviour are really rude, what is unexpected for such standard hotel.. No smiling face, way of talking is looks like they are very disturbed about their job and to the people who are coming here to stay..

This hotel and casino has to be partially new stay was excellent staff was excellent able to accommodate me on the 4th floor as am clostrophobic . Provided a microwave for the week only$15 the pook was closed so we weren't able to review that . One small issue i had and spoke with front desk about it. Book it theres also a food court the orential restaurant sun express is open 24hrs also a starbucks and a pizza lab

The hotel was really nice and clean. Very convenient and spacious parking lot and convient access to resturants within the casino-hotel. The room was very spacious, sound proof, but a bit dusty. Overall great experience!
