Whether you’re curled up by the roaring fire, lost in a great book, relaxing in the hot tub, or gazing across the open fields you’ll discover a sense of calm in every corner of this charming cottage. Bedrooms on separate floors offer sharers the additional privacy and comfort that makes Jasmine easy to enjoy and hard to leave.
The space
Sumptuous Lounge:
Set apart from the kitchen and dining area, the generous lounge offers a calm and comfortable retreat. Framed by a beautiful vaulted ceiling that enhances the sense of space and light, this inviting room blends architectural character with cosy comfort. Sink into the plush sofas while enjoying sweeping views across the open fields, unwind beside the open fire, and settle in for relaxed evenings in front of the Smart TV. A wonderfully atmospheric space designed for quality time, quiet mornings and unhurried nights in.
Sociable Dining Area:
The open-plan kitchen dining space comfortably seats four guests and is perfectly arranged for shared meals. Whether you’re enjoying a takeaway or preparing a relaxed home-cooked dinner, this welcoming area makes dining together effortless.
Fully Equipped Shaker-Style Kitchen:
The modern shaker-style kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, dishwasher, freestanding fridge/freezer and microwave. Thoughtfully stocked with premium cookware, crockery and glassware, it caters equally well to casual breakfasts and special evening meals. With hard flooring throughout the ground floor, Jasmine Cottage is also wonderfully practical for countryside escapes — muddy boots and wet paws included.
Principal Bedroom (Ground Floor):
The luxurious principal bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and can be configured as either a super king or twin room. Calm, comfortable and beautifully appointed, it offers a restful retreat after a day exploring the surrounding countryside.
Main Shower Room:
The contemporary shower room is located just off the kitchen and features a large, modern shower, finished with clean lines and quality fittings. This is the sole bathroom within the cottage and is easily accessed from all rooms.
Second Bedroom:
Bedroom two is spacious and inviting, set within the eaves of the cottage and offering a cosy, characterful atmosphere with gently sloping ceilings. Configurable as a super king or twin, the room is accessed via an open corridor from the ground floor, lending a relaxed, informal layout that suits couples or family stays.
Private Garden & Hot Tub:
Outside, Jasmine Cottage enjoys its own fully fenced, hardstanding garden — ideal for guests holidaying with dogs. The highlight is the generous square hot tub, comfortably seating four guests and softly illuminated by festoon lighting, creating a wonderfully indulgent space to unwind beneath the stars. Outdoor seating and a BBQ will be provided for relaxed al fresco dining.
Dog-Friendly Escape:
Jasmine Cottage is proudly dog-friendly. Alongside Rose and Honey Cottages, guests also enjoy access to the dedicated dog exercise field located beside the courtyard cottages — perfect for stretching legs and enjoying the fresh country air.
THE BARN – A Shared Space for Celebration & Connection:
Opening in late 2026, The Barn will become the social heart of the retreat — a striking, character-filled space designed for gathering, celebrating and creating unforgettable memories.
Beautifully rustic in design, the interior will be fully clad in sawn timber, creating warmth, texture and an authentic barn atmosphere. The natural wood finishes will give the space depth and richness, while its generous proportions ensure it feels both impressive and welcoming.
At its centre, guests will find a stylish bar, a spacious catering kitchen and a vast open main area complete with a large projector. Whether hosting a long, laughter-filled banquet, a milestone birthday, a lively disco evening, a cosy movie marathon or watching the cup final together, The Barn will adapt effortlessly to every occasion.
With seating for all 46 guests, the entire site can come together under one roof before retreating to the comfort and tranquillity of individual cottages at the end of the evening.
Available for exclusive guest hire, The Barn is designed to be as seamless as it is atmospheric. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the celebration, outside caterers and bar services will be welcomed — allowing events to feel effortless, indulgent and beautifully hosted.
