The Good
Helpful Staff: The staff members were very friendly and assisted us as much as they could during our stay.
Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the room itself was clean and well-maintained.
Areas for Improvement
Room Setup & Amenities: Although we booked for four people, the room was only stocked with two towels and three pillows. The space was also quite small for a group of our size.
Housekeeping Details: We found a leftover drink in the fridge from a previous guest, and there was a noticeable scent in the room (though it seemed to emanate from outside).
Maintenance: The pool area needed better morning maintenance; it was still dirty from the night before when we went to use it the next day.
Billing Communication: I received a receipt for a higher amount than what was originally booked and paid for. I sent an email to address this discrepancy, but never received a response.
Suggestions for Management
The room would benefit greatly from a few basic additions to improve the guest experience:
Kitchenette Essentials: Adding a microwave and a kettle would be very helpful.
Dining Basics: Providing basic teacups or mugs in the room would be a great touch for families.
