7 Night Stay, December 22

Villa is in a good location in Rawai. You do need a vehicle of some description though, which we did. This was our second stay at The Greens with the first being in 2019. Stayed in Number 8 this time. Villa is a good size. Pool is great. Bathrooms a great. However….. no hot water for the entire week we were there. This was reported, but nothing was done to resolve. So whilst the bathrooms were great, cold showering for the week wasn’t good. It is a lovely Villa, but it does need a little bit of TLC. It could do with repainting. A few of the kitchen units could do with a little repair. The grass could do with cutting. There are a few cracks and holes in the walls which could be filled and painted. There is a crack in one of the patio door windows. None of this is major, but that is why it is a little disappointing. It would not take much to get this Villa up to tip top condition. Just needs a bit of love. Jimmy who was our contact was great and is doing a great job. Just feel that his company maybe be letting him down regarding maintenance of The Villa.

Stay was amazing.. the place was so neat and tidy housekeeping every 2 days. Pool maintained and cleaned every 3 days while we were there. Mr. Arn took real good care of every single thing. Will be back here again for sure

L’endroit idéal, sauf que nous avions un problème d’eau tout les 2 jours un camion devais venir remplir la cuve les murs était fissuré le ménage c’était le minimum bref je met tout juste la moyenne
