This hotel is not 4 star is a maximum 2 star…. When you look at the photos it looks good but when you get there is completely different This is a 4 star for Asian standards but definitely not a 4 star hotel When I get there and I entered in the hotel to the reception I knew I done a mistake ….my wife was so disappointed To get to the hotel you have to hike a hill but for me this it wasn’t a problem Also the area of Patong is horrible…..there are many shops but a lot of prostitution on the streets ( massage salons) I’ve been there for 2 days but I will not return anymore ever …( Patong, Phuket ) Thailand is amazing so nice places but in general I think tourists ( I think a lower class citizen) make this area to be horrible Of course this is not a hotel fault …. I didn’t take any pictures ( I forgot ) but if you like to enjoy the holiday pay a bit more and you can have better conditions Before I come to this hotel I’ve be to Khao lak and I paid a bit more for the tool but I had a dream stay luxury….. This hotel doesn’t worth the money you pay Avoid

Room was nice and clean. Rooftop pool is the highlight especially at night! Staff is lacodasic, breakfast was decent enough. It is on a very steep hill beware of that if you plan on doing local exploring

Nice hotel - just a pity about the pillows

The staff at the hotel were great. The hotel is a bit out of the way - so u will need to use a taxi to get anywhere. And its up a very steep hill. Helped us with our forward journey to the ferry to phi phi. Was really useful and explained to the taxi driver the need for a quick journey. Room was clean. Bed wasnt the most comfortable unfortunately and the pillows were awful - i ended up using towel instead of the pillow. All in all a reasonable priced nice hotel.

機場坐車50分鐘，酒店位於半山，入住過程快捷方便，需付1000泰珠押金，聖誕節期間入住還得到房間免費升級，天台泳池景觀一流，可遠觀芭東灘，房間床舖舒適，有小露台空間大，可坐於窗台位置觀看景色，浴室水壓亦足夠。唯有需要改善就是床鋪被單的潔淨，在第三天身上有被蟲或床蝨咬紅腫了好幾過位置。早餐方面是美味的，款式算是選擇多，炒飯炒麵尤其出色，但缺點是食盤下沒有放上加熱處理。希望以上問題酒店可作出改變。
