This property requires a deposit, which is not stated anywhere on Expedia. As expected this caused me problems on check in, especially as I was leaving the Island after that stay. I mentioned to the receptionist( as feedback )to please have management state it clearly on Expedia. From then on she seemed to have an attitude. It just left a bad impression. The male night time staff member at the end my stay was great, so its not a general problem with staff. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom was acrid with the smell of mold. I had extremely noisy neighbours throughout the nights I stayed there. The bed itself was really comfortable. The cleaning staff are excellent, friendly and professional. But generally I didn't enjoy my stay and was glad to leave.

Ants in multiple rooms

We were supposed to stay 5 nights but we only stayed 1. We got to our room and noticed a lot of ants. Went to the front desk and they were very understanding and offered to change our room. Unfortunately the new room had ants and we found a spider in the bed. We then went back to the front desk where they offered us 2 more rooms but ultimately showed us a third. By this point we were grossed out having seen ants in 3 out of the 5 rooms that we left the following day. I will say that the staff were very understanding and helpful during the whole situation.

The hotel is located in the old city of Phuket, making it walkable to the top attractions. The room provided to me is in excellent condition and has a strong AC to withstand the heat of Thailand. The staff members are friendly and make sure that my room is clean whenever I request for it to be replenished.

My friends and I only stayed here for one night which was convenient at the time. They have a washing (60baht) and drying (20baht) machines. 20 baht to buy soap to wash your laundry. The space itself was cozy for three ppl but we made it work for the night. The staff were nice enough. Location was great! Walkable to a lot of nice restaurants around the area
