Even though there is no reception for the apartments, management are located 5 minutes away and were very flexible and prompt with both check in and check out. English language wasn’t an issue but Communication is the key to a prompt check in. Great apartment directly across the road from a “Family Mart” short walk to the market with plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s nearby. Located on the Kata/Karon side of Patong. Very secure residence with a boom gate and security posted. 2 clean pools that were amazing to chill out in. Beds were a little hard but all Thai hotels are the same I think. Thankyou to Johnny for your prompt response and friendly nature at check out and collection of my deposit. Hot water was a little scarce but we managed to have showers that were warm enough for the hot Thai climate. Air conditioning was in each bedroom and in the living area and worked very well. Good cooking and eating facilities. Some English TV channels available but reception was a little ordinary at times. Overall good value and would stay again when looking for a value 2 bedroom appartment.

During check-in the agent asked for 5000 B deposit or deposit my passport with him. I offered my credit card which he refused. Stayed for 4 days. No change of towels or sheets. Also garbage in the room not picked up. Extremely poor communications. Beware!

Appartement idéalement situé cependant aucun nettoyage de l’appartement ni même le changement des serviettes de toilettes!!!! Durant la totalité de notre séjour (9 jours) !! Nous avons dû à nos frais faire laver le linge de douche!
