I hate to say this, because I know the staff are doing their best, and tried to address our issue by changing to better room at one point. The property is terribly run down. Mold issues. Some cockroaches. Bad smell coming from bathroom. Just run down, needs major reno, maintenance is lacking. Rough spot.

Ok but wouldn’t stay there again

Large room, clean and friendly people working in the restaurant. Check in staff not very helpful and charged extra for 30 late checkout on departure date
