Enjoy the convenience of a fully updated, fully furnished, home with solar, in an active 55 and older resort community. (41+ year old tenants may rent with HOA approval) Pools, golf, pickle ball, tennis, 2 on site restaurants a theater, several gyms, weight rooms, a Fitness center (additional charge for classes like Thai Chi etc.) Creative Arts building for creative.
