Everytime I travel to the phoenix area I stay at the tru by hilton Glendale, everything seems close to drive or walk to. This time I did experience something that had never happen, at check in my room door was open. Nobody was inside but that could have led to a theft leaving me with that bill, luckily it seemed everything was in place.

PROS: Room TV was very nice and large! WiFi connection was easy to use as well. Staff is amazing and very nice. Lots to do around the area! Outlet mall is right in front which is nice. CONS: The room we received had hair left in the shower. The towel holders were at the point of falling off. And actually came out of the wall when we put our towels up. The automatic mini blind had holes in it that caused the sun to blaze through a little bit. We were only staying 2 nights so it didn’t bother us but if you plan to stay longer, inspect your room before getting accustomed.
