Nice but....

Handicapped rooms need anti-slip mats in the showers. They are very slippery. Housekeeping forgot to finish the room on one occasion-failing to put pillowcases on the pillows and didn't refill the coffee. Sixteen dollars for a mediocre margarita is quite expensive.

Centrally located We lived our stay! The only change we wouls make ia the shower door. The partial glasa door allowed water to hit the floor whixh may cause floor damage as well as a hazard to guests in the future. Overall, a beautiful hotel!

Our check in was delayed due to some water/plumbing issues. The property is nice, but the water was a little off ( sputtering taps, weird color occasionally). The pool was usable, but not great- only 1 lounge chair, and it’s off the parking lot. The hotel was quiet and seemed well kept. I’d recommend for a convenient spot.

Overall nice place, great staff.

Nice sized room. Did not like that all lights on the ceiling were either all on or all off. The kitchenette and bed area could not be illuminated without the other. May not seem like a big deal but was a little frustrating. There were lamps too though. Beds were nice and the staff was super friendly. Someone decided to stick an egg and cheese English muffin in the toaster at 6:30 in the morning downstairs in eating area and caused the property’s fire alarm to wake everyone up. That kind of sucked but only one person’s fault. Oh and housekeeping on that same morning at 7:45 sounded like they were unsuccessfully juggling dishes next door but other than that a real nice stay. My kids liked it and the place had one of the better free breakfasts offered in places like this. We’d go back for sure.
